SyPly plywood is certified for compliance with the German national standard DIN 68705-3, as plywood class BFU-100 is a building material that is resistant to weathering. Indicators of the strength of the adhesive connection of SyPly plywood meet the requirements of this standard and even exceed them.
SyPlyTM plywood is transported in packs containing plywood sheets of the same type, grade, size and thickness. Provided packaging protects the plates from damage during transport.
SyPlyTM plywood sheets must be carefully protected during transportation from the factory to the customer and stored in dry conditions to prevent rain, splashes or groundwater. When using a forklift for transporting plywood packs, care must be taken to prevent damage to the sheets and packing tape. Packs of plywood can not be hooked with the teeth of the loader. They must be transported and stored in a horizontal position.
Sheets must be unloaded so as not to damage the bundles. There should be no contact with the hinges. Sheets must be removed from the packs by hand in order not to damage the edges and surface of the slab - without dropping or dragging them along the ground. When lifting sheets with a loader, it is necessary to prevent damage to the sheets.
Sheets should be stored indoors in the original packaging in the same humidity and temperature conditions where further use is planned. Increased humidity and temperature changes can cause internal stress, increased thickness or surface defects. SyPlyTM plywood needs to be placed on a bottom with enough support to avoid sagging and cover the stack to protect the top and bottom surfaces from moisture penetration.
